• Any content or behaviour that exploits, encourages, or involves minors, including paedophilic content or communication.
• Any activity that is illegal or intended to facilitate illegal conduct.

4. Enforcement

If you violate these Terms & Conditions, the developer may, at their sole discretion:

• Remove content.
• Suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice.
• Restrict access to the application.
• Preserve relevant evidence relating to suspected violations.

5. Reporting Illegal Activity

Where the developer reasonably believes that a user has engaged in illegal activity, including but not limited to threats of violence, child exploitation, stalking, or other criminal offences, the developer may report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

Such reports may include information reasonably necessary for the investigation, which may include account information, available metadata, IP addresses where applicable, device identifiers, chat logs, and screenshots, where permitted or required by applicable law.

6. Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with Chillichat's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Information will only be disclosed where permitted or required by law.

7. No Tolerance Policy

Chillichat has a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats, child exploitation, and other unlawful or harmful behaviour.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Chillichat after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
